Love of My Life

I guess this is how it feels, when you finally find something real. It's like all my dreams come true. Faith gave me the strength and kept me holding on. You are my love,  the love of my life.

We waste so much time worrying and caring about people that don't even care about us, and you're going to end upi feeling like there's no one who cares about you simply because you haven't payed so much attention to the people who really do care. Pay attention to those people. They're going to be the ones who will have your back and they'll most likely stick around longer than the people who don't give a fck about you..

I have thought about it many times.
Perhaps mostly because everyone besides myself seems to wonder when I'm going to find someone new. But I don't let it get to me. I'm not looking for someone new. I'm far from ready and I don't want to be in a relationship.

There is a time for everything, and now is my time to heal. To grow strong and be whole in myself. Learn to live with myself, my scars and my memories. Learn how to always feel safe within and not let that one single frightened voice in my head (the ego) stop me from having an open heart and dare to love unlimited.
